Our expanding footprint creates real opportunities for advancement, and our collaborative environment ensures you're backed by people who want to see you succeed.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:As our Production Associate, you'll be cross‑trained in multiple areas, building the kind of technical skill set that sticks with you for life:Wire Harness Preparation & AssemblySelect wires by gauge, color, type, marking, and lengthRoute, tape, measure, and cut wires using schematics and harness drawingsCrimp terminals by hand and machineTesting & Quality ControlConduct continuity tests using Cirris testers or multimetersPerform visual, dimensional, and force inspectionsEnsure every harness meets strict quality standardsSafety, Precision, & CraftsmanshipYou'll use fine motor skills, stand for long periods, and rely on close‑range vision while using small tools, tape measures, calibration tools, and PPE (glasses, gloves, ear plugs, etc.).YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent18+ years of agePhysical ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.Ability to balance competing priorities, work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines, and commit to high-quality, error-free workAbility to use various equipment for production and assemblyAbility to use and read a tape measure (length, width, thickness, diameter, or depth of an object)Proficiency with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Basic computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluency in the English languageHighly organized and detail-orientedWillingness to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and standard practicesPrior experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is a plus!
