About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our part-time team at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive care environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to residents and patients, including medication administration, wound care, and Vital Signs monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress

• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
