Position Description: Title: Salesforce AdministratorDepartment: TechnologyJob Status: Full-Time, Salary-ExemptReports to: CRM ManagerRate of Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 AnnuallyLocation: Northbrook, IL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support the management, optimization, and day-to-day administration of our Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with the CRM Manager and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity, assist users, configure Salesforce solutions, and support ongoing system enhancements. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset with a desire to continuously expand their skills.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder SupportProvide day-to-day support for Salesforce users and stakeholders.Partner with the CRM Manager to provide operational support and backup coverage, ensuring timely project completion and effective prioritization of work.Maintain clear and timely communication, proactively providing regular updates.Deliver guidance, documentation, and ongoing support to users, promoting adoption of systems, processes, and tools.Serve as a trusted advisor, balancing stakeholder requests with Salesforce best practices and scalable system design.Data Governance & ReportingDevelop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Salesforce data through ongoing data governance, cleansing, deduplication, and validation efforts.Promote standards and system controls that reinforce accurate, complete, and consistent data collection.Support Sales team with prospect list imports, segmentation, and CRM updates, ensuring data is accurately loaded, validated, and assigned within Salesforce.CRMManage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access.Create and manage custom fields, objects, page layouts, list views, approval processes, and validation rules.Create and customize custom flow-based solutions to automate business processes.Assist with Service Cloud case management, including assignment rules, queues, escalation rules, auto-response rules, and case routing processes.Support the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle by identifying opportunities to improve automation, data quality, and process efficiency.Maintain third-party integrations and update versioning when required.Diagnose and resolve Salesforce errors and system issues.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including the administration of objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flow automation, reports, and dashboards.Understanding of the Salesforce lead-to-opportunity conversion lifecycle.Familiarity with lead sourcing, data enrichment, and list management tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, RocketReach, or similar sales intelligence platforms).Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).Demonstrated ability to leverage data, reporting, and process improvements to enhance prospect engagement, sales efficiency, and pipeline performance.Proficiency in Salesforce data management, including prospect list imports, data cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing database maintenance using tools such as Cloudingo, DataGroomr, Plauti, Salesforce Data Loader, and Excel. $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually
