Ø Cash Management: Implementing robust systems to monitor and control cash flow, maximizing working capital, and ensuring the organization maintains the liquidity necessary to meet its obligations while funding growth initiatives.

Ø Strategic Planning: Developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals, including capital structure optimization, cost management, and resource allocation.

Ø Transaction Readiness: Preparing the company for significant transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or exits. This includes conducting due diligence, optimizing financial reporting, and enhancing enterprise value to attract investors or buyers.

Ø Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a key liaison with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and financial institutions, to foster trust and transparency during transitional periods.
