Observe active sales interactions and provide immediate, constructive feedback to help agents refine their approach.

Create and lead regular training sessions focused on product knowledge and refined sales techniques.

Identify common obstacles our team faces and develop clear, practical strategies to overcome them.

Work one-on-one with team members to set personal growth goals and track their progress over time.

Foster a supportive environment where sharing knowledge and best practices is the standard.

Collaborate with agency leadership to track overall performance and adjust coaching strategies accordingly.

Current Property Casualty and Life insurance producer license.

Three or more years of hands-on experience in insurance sales or coaching.

Deep understanding of insurance products and local market dynamics.

Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to translate complex sales data into actionable improvement plans.

Demonstrated history of training others to meet or exceed targets.
