Job Summary:
As an ADON/MDS at Avir at Groveton, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents while upholding the highest standards of excellence and integrity. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional care and services
Responsible for supervising a team of licensed professionals, including nurses, CNAs, and other support staff
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that resident care needs are met and evaluated
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and reports, including MDS assessments and care plans
Requirements:
Current ADON/MDS certification
Minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role
