Staff Management Group is seeking a Packer for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 4PM – 12:30AM

Pay Rate:

• $15.92 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packer to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for assembling, sorting, packaging, labeling, and preparing products while working on a fast-paced production line. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform packaging and general warehouse duties as assigned
• Assemble products and materials according to work instructions
• Work on production and assembly lines to meet daily production goals
• Sort products and materials accurately
• Package finished products according to company requirements
• Apply labels to products, packages, and boxes as required
• Inspect products during packing and sorting to identify visible defects or issues
• Organize completed products for the next stage of production or shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with additional warehouse, assembly, packaging, and production duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, packing, assembly, or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform repetitive packing, sorting, labeling, and assembly tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to assist with different warehouse and production tasks as needed
