Hybrid 3 days onsite in either Scottsdale, AZ or Atlanta, GA or St. Pete, FL or Omaha, NE or Oakdale, MN
The Senior Project Manager leads large, high-impact, cross-functional projects and may oversee multiple concurrent initiatives. This role is responsible not only for delivery excellence, but also for mentoring other project managers, influencing enterprise stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery practices. You will partner with senior leaders, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and drive adoption of standards and metrics for our client.

Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Lead large-scale, complex, or strategically important projects across business units.
- Own end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
- Provide leadership across multiple teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Serve as primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and decision-making.
- Partner with senior leaders to clarify priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment.
- Develop executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
- Coach and mentor junior and experienced project managers.
- Drive adoption and improvement of VMO standards, metrics, and delivery frameworks.
- Contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization discussions.
- 8–10+ years of progressive project management experience.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale projects in regulated or complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Advanced financial management and forecasting skills.
- PMP preferred. SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach certifications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
