About the Role

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support its in-house Legal Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact within the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience supporting attorneys, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to the company's legal department.

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.

• Assist with contract administration and tracking of key deadlines.

• Conduct legal and regulatory research as requested.

• Coordinate document collection and responses for audits, litigation, and regulatory matters.

• Maintain legal files, corporate records, and compliance documentation.

• Communicate with internal departments and outside counsel as needed.

• Assist with policy updates and other special projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience required.

• Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
