Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Essential functions:
- Implement treatment plans as designed and trained by the supervising BCBA
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group sessions.
- Complete weekly program writing and maintain client's program book.
- Implements individualized treatment plan as written and directed by the BCBA.
- Collects accurate data and graphs data as instructed.
- Assist with assessments
- Maintains dignity and confidentiality for all clients.
- Maintains and protects the wellbeing of all clients.
- Completes and returns session notes and other paperwork on time and manages client PHI in accordance with HIPAA.
- Must have high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative when encountering problem solving situations
- Based on experience and qualifications, your assignment may entail working in schools, homes, and other community locations with children implementing established goals and following treatment protocols
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and staff meetings as required
- Qualifications: High School diploma, preferably with Bachelor’s degree required or higher (in psychology, education, social work, or related field)
- A minimum of one year’s experience working with children with special needs
- RBT Certification
- Ability to stand and circulate for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet State’s driving requirements.
- Dependable means of transportation to travel
- Must pass a criminal history background check
- Ability to offer bilingual services (Spanish or Portuguese)
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
