An established and growing automotive group is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead dealership operations and drive continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Administration
  • Drive profitability while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Develop and mentor department leaders to maximize performance and engagement
  • Establish a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze financial statements, operating reports, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across all departments
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
  • Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturer partners
  • Lead strategic initiatives that support long-term growth and operational excellence
Qualifications
  • Previous General Manager or senior dealership leadership experience required
  • Proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and operational performance
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience managing multiple dealership departments
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of dealership performance metrics
  • Ability to lead through change and drive organizational growth
