Madison Health is looking for an Activities Assistant to work 16-24 hours a week with every other weekend. Duties: Maintain departmental documentation that reflects services provided and resident progress towards goals including progress notes, participation records, one-to-one records, etc., Communicate facility programs with residents, staff, family, and volunteers, Coordinate weekend and evening activities as needed per resident interest, Comply with State and Federal regulations and facility procedures regarding Activity Program,Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
