Qualified Professional - Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD)Universal Mental Health Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic, motivated, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Qualified Professional. This role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting individuals and their families through high‑quality, person‑centered services.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, monitor, and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesCollaborate with families, service providers, and team members to ensure quality careMaintain accurate documentation and meet all regulatory and agency standardsAdvocate for individuals and promote independence, inclusion, and overall well‑beingEducation & Experience RequirementsOption 1: A related Human Services degree and at least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesOption 2: A non‑related degree and at least four years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesDesired SkillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent organizational and time‑management abilitiesProficiency with computers and documentation systemsGenuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilitiesAbout Universal MH/DD/SASSince 2003, Universal MH/DD/SAS has been committed to helping individuals and families affected by mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders achieve their full potential.
