Registered Nurse (RN) ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will:
Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered care
Monitor and assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Participate in admissions, care planning, and discharge processes
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

RN QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing program
Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care
