About the Role
Degree Heating & Cooling is hiring a Parts Runner to support our service and install teams in Glastonbury, CT by keeping technicians stocked, on schedule, and moving efficiently. It's a great entry point into the trades, with real opportunities to grow into a technician role.
What You'll Do
- Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to job sites and technicians
- Manage warehouse stock, organization, and inventory counts
- Support scheduling and dispatch as needed
- Maintain company vehicles in clean, safe operating condition
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple stops per day
- Prior warehouse, parts, or trades experience a plus, not required
