Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hour (Based on Credentials & Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (This is a full-time position)
Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

- $500 paid after 45 days of employment
- $500 paid after 90 days of employment
- Maintain reliable attendance (no excessive call-outs or tardiness)

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–24 months, supporting their development through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences. This role requires strong classroom management, consistency, and teamwork to maintain a safe and positive environment for children and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Maintain active supervision and ratio compliance at all times
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Implement our L.E.A.P curriculum and daily routines consistently
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Support a positive, respectful team culture
- Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation
- 1-3+ years experience working with toddlers (12–24 months preferred)
- Florida DCF 45 Hours, Staff Credential Preferred
- CPR/1st Aid Qualified
- CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or willingness to obtain
- Strong understanding of health & safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
- Background check clearance (required)
- CPR/First Aid (current or completed upon hire)
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
