Locations: Charlotte, NC and Greenville (Piedmont), SC
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $24-$25 per hour

Pay: $24-$25 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily crew setup by loading equipment and materials
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance
- Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and weed eaters
- Help monitor job site quality and identify landscaping concerns
- Communicate equipment issues or property damage to the Crew Leader
- Promote a safe work environment by following all company safety procedures
- Assist with seasonal work, including snow removal when applicable
- Learn leadership responsibilities while supporting the Crew Leader in daily operations
- At least 1 year of professional landscaping experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift at least 35 pounds throughout the workday
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
