We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our team and help us continue spreading sweetness one dessert at a time.
As a Baker at DESSERTS ETC, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every product meets our high standards for taste and presentation. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and baking a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. - Following recipes and maintaining consistency in product quality. - Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times. - Assisting with inventory management and ingredient preparation. - Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about baking and has the skills to match. Here’s what we’re looking for: - Experience: At least 1 year of commercial baking experience is required. - Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays. We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday. Both part-time and full-time availability will be considered. - Skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
