What You'll Do as a BOH Prep/Cook

As a BOH Prep/Cook at Poké2 Grill, you'll play a vital role in delivering the fresh, high-quality dishes our customers love. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking ingredients to meet our high standards.

- Ensuring food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

- Assisting with inventory and maintaining an organized workspace.

- Collaborating with teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

- Supporting the team during busy shifts with a positive and can-do attitude.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for candidates who bring:

- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar back-of-house role.

- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- A passion for food and commitment to quality.

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- A team-oriented mindset and great communication skills.
