Product Specialist-MINI of Bedford

MINI of Bedford, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Product Specialist. If you're someone who is energetic, goal orientated, passionate about luxury vehicles and looking to start a career in automotive sales-we look forward to speaking with you!

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled weekday off

What you will do in this role:

Product presentation and explanation, done by working with Sales Managers to keep clients in the showroom engaged and enthused

Work with clients, answering product questions and demonstration of features.
Establish ongoing consultative relationship with customer by being available during business hours to answer questions.
Upgrade knowledge of brand products and services by training on-the-job and participating in educational and development programs on and off-site

Generate goodwill by greeting and serving the customer promptly and courteously.
Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty
