Registered Nurse First Shift, Unit Manager
As a Registered Nurse First Shift Unit Manager at Complete Care at Berkshire, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility during the first shift. With a strong background in nursing and management, you will be expected to lead our nursing team to provide exceptional patient care and services.
About the Role: Registered Nurse First Shift Unit Manager:
Leading a team of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other support staff to ensure excellent patient care
Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
Monitoring patient flow and throughput to ensure efficient care delivery
Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
