Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Will consider flexible options.
