Activities Assistant – Join Our Team!
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Activities Assistant to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. If you enjoy working with seniors and want a job where you can actually make someone’s day better, this is it.
What you’ll be doing:
Help plan and run daily activities for residents (games, music, group events, etc.)
One-on-one visits with residents who need extra attention
Assist with outings, special events, and holiday programs
Encourage participation and keep residents engaged and active
Work closely with nursing and other departments to support resident needs
What we’re looking for:
Positive attitude and good energy
Someone dependable who shows up and gets involved
Comfortable talking with and engaging elderly residents
Experience in activities or healthcare is a plus, but not required
