Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for patients, residents, and staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
Order and receive food and supplies, and manage inventory levels
Collaborate with the Dietary Department and other hospital departments to ensure seamless meal service
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
Participate in menu planning and special meal requests
Comply with all company policies and procedures
