Bussers at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. are efficient, team-oriented, and focused on creating a positive dining experience for guests. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization within the brewery and assisting servers to ensure fast and friendly service.

Responsibilities:

• Clear tables and promptly reset for new guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the brewery, including sweeping and tidying up
• Assist servers with food and beverage deliveries
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and a clean dining environment
• Work closely with kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Team-oriented and good communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
