We are seeking a disciplined, safety-first Class A CDL Fleet Driver to join our McAllen-based fleet team. Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (must be documented and confirmable).
• Valid Class A CDL with current medical card.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years.
• No felony convictions related to driving or cargo handling.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and road test.

Strict Safety Gate Requirements

Your safety record is your resume. We maintain a strict gate for all fleet drivers. Applicants must meet the following benchmarks:

• Maximum 1 preventable accident in the past 24 months.
• Maximum 2 moving violations in the past 24 months.
• Zero DUIs, zero refusals, zero reckless driving citations in the past 5 years.
• No lapse in CDL validity or medical certification in the past 12 months.

Pay and Earning Scale

We structure pay to reward consistency, safety, and professionalism. The target weekly scale for a fully engaged fleet driver is set at a $1,750 ceiling. Your actual weekly earnings will be based on verified activity, safety performance, and adherence to fleet protocols. We offer:
