Role overview
Lead day-to-day quality assurance activities in a plastics manufacturing environment with an emphasis on food-related applications.
What you'll do
- Supervise and develop safety technicians, ensuring consistent execution of checks and documentation.
- Apply HACCP methodologies to monitor and control critical points.
- Support alignment to recognized standards; BRC knowledge is a plus.
What we're looking for
- Plastics manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HACCP; exposure to BRC is advantageous.
- Clear communication and coaching skills for a technician team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
