Now Hiring: Residential Supervisor
Highland Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Zone Residential Supervisor to provide leadership and support within our residential facilities. Rate of Pay: $26.00–$28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, and support to Residential Caregivers
Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and training
Oversee daily residential operations and shift-level supervision
Provide care and supervision to residents in accordance with Title 22
Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
Oversee medication room operations and medication procedures
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental health
Assist with treatment plans and coordination of resident services
Ensure proper documentation, safety, and compliance
Assist with cooking, housekeeping, activities, and other facility needs as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of mental health or behavioral health experience required
Previous lead, senior, or supervisory experience in residential care preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, OSHA, and Community Care Licensing requirements preferred
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
