Highland Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Zone Residential Supervisor to provide leadership and support within our residential facilities. Rate of Pay: $26.00–$28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to Residential Caregivers

• Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and training

• Oversee daily residential operations and shift-level supervision

• Provide care and supervision to residents in accordance with Title 22

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care

• Oversee medication room operations and medication procedures

• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental health

• Assist with treatment plans and coordination of resident services

• Ensure proper documentation, safety, and compliance

• Assist with cooking, housekeeping, activities, and other facility needs as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of mental health or behavioral health experience required

• Previous lead, senior, or supervisory experience in residential care preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, OSHA, and Community Care Licensing requirements preferred

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required

• Must pass required background checks and health screening
