Required qualifications/skills:High school diploma/GEDMust be 18 years of age Able to read write, speak, and understand EnglishMechanical aptitude with basic electrical/electronics knowledge Comfortable with hand toolsExperience repairing arcade/vending/similar equipment preferredFlexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays) and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.Keep the Games GoingAs an Arcade Technician, you’ll help keep the fun flowing by maintaining, repairing, and fine-tuning arcade games and related equipment so guests can play without pause.Key responsibilities:Diagnose and repair arcade games, simulators, redemption and prize equipmentPerform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software/PC-based issuesSwap parts, calibrate machines, and verify they meet manufacturer specsRespond quickly to malfunctions during operating hours; reset/reboot or take games offline when neededTrack repair notes, parts usage, and maintenance logs; support installs, removals, and layout changesHelp ensure safe operation, report hazards, and coordinate with vendors for advanced repairsIf you like fixing things fast and keeping the arcade buzzing, apply today.
