Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Guide buyers from consultation to closing
- Meet with qualified buyer leads and show homes
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Follow proven CRM and sales systems
- Stay current on local market trends
- Provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client experiences
Qualifications:
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and real estate technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work full-time and manage multiple clients effectively
- Previous real estate sales experience is preferred but not required
