What You’ll Do

As a Cashier/Counter Server at Honeybird, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and taken care of. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

Customer Service

• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
• Answer menu questions and help guests make the best choices.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Order Management

• Handle cash and card transactions with care.
• Manage takeout orders and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Store Upkeep

• Keep the counter, dining area, and drink stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Help maintain a welcoming environment for our guests.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings both skills and heart to the table. Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Basic math skills, a knack for multitasking, and the ability to stand for long shifts.
• Personality: A friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to provide top-notch hospitality.
