Survey Project Manager (RLS/PLS) – Phoenix or Mesa, AZ

A well-established civil engineering firm is seeking a Survey Project Manager (RLS/PLS) to lead survey operations across Arizona. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing leadership, supporting boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee survey project delivery from start to finish
• Direct project teams and ensure budgets, schedules, and deliverables are met
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for survey services
• Mentor junior staff and support team development

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed RLS/PLS in Arizona (required)
• 8+ years of progressive survey experience
• Strong technical background and proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities

Compensation: $120K–$160K DOE + full benefits
