Hosts/Hostesses provide the first impression of Beech Mountain Brewing Co. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Hosts/Hostesses are friendly, quick on their feet, and work to ensure a positive guest experience from the moment they enter.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and direct them to seating areas
• Manage waitlists and communicate wait times to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entrance and seating areas
• Assist servers and management as needed to ensure smooth service
• Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
