Local CDL-A Truck Driver | Home Daily Fleet

We are seeking professional Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a high-paying, dedicated local lane. This position offers stable miles, predictable lanes, and the ability to be home daily. Drivers will handle dedicated deliveries across Virginia and West Virginia, returning with backhaul loads to Indianapolis.

• Average Weekly Gross: $1,450
• Annual Earning Potential: $75,000+ for top performers
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
• Activity-Based Additional Pay:
  • $55 per full trailer unload
  • $20 per stop (includes the first stop)
• Experience-Based Base Pay (CPM):
  • 0–12 Months: $0.53 CPM
  • 12–36 Months: $0.55 CPM
  • 37–60 Months: $0.56 CPM
  • 61+ Months: $0.58 CPM

• Home Time: Home Daily
• Schedule: schedules primarily require nights and weekends.
• Running Area: Dedicated deliveries to VA and WV
• Weekly Volume: Average of 4 loads per week (~2,000 miles); average length of haul is 490 miles.

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle.
• Manage freight unloading using a powered pallet jack (comprehensive training provided).
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and perform pre-/post-trip inspections.

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A driving experience.
• Availability: Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to assist with freight unloading using provided power equipment.
