Caregiver

Love two care home assist llc is seeking a part-time Caregiver to support residents with compassionate, person-centered care in our onsite Knoxville, TN community.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide attentive, respectful assistance to help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and daily independence. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in someone’s day.

You will work as part of a supportive care team, following care plans and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support

• Support residents with meals, hydration, and basic routine needs while maintaining dignity

• Monitor and report changes in condition, behaviors, or comfort levels to the appropriate team member

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in accordance with facility standards

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members to ensure consistent care

Required Qualifications

• Ability to provide compassionate care with patience, respect, and professionalism

• Experience or demonstrated comfort supporting individuals with daily living needs

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions accurately

• Reliability and readiness to work part-time onsite in Knoxville, TN

• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with mobility as needed for resident care

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, senior care, or a related support role

• Familiarity with maintaining safety and comfort in a residential care environment

• Experience working with a range of personalities and care needs in a calm, supportive way

• Basic knowledge of infection prevention and hygiene practices

Compensation

Hourly rate: $15.00
