We are looking to hire a Custom Fabricator, they are responsible for building, assembling, and finishing high-quality custom cabinetry and related wood products according to design specifications. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work safely with a variety of woodworking tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret drawings, blueprints, and design specifications to fabricate custom cabinets and components.

  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinet parts with precision.

  • Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, routers, planers equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Select and prepare materials, including wood, laminates, veneers, and hardware.

  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure all work meets customer specifications.

  • Troubleshoot fabrication issues and propose solutions.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

  • Collaborate with other team members, including designers, installers, and shop staff, to ensure timely project completion.

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or custom furniture fabrication.

  • Strong understanding of wood types, joinery methods, and finishing techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong physical stamina and dexterity.

  • Team player with good communication skills.

  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a workshop environment.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on fabrication experience in cabinetry or woodworking.

Working Conditions

  • Standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working with loud machinery.

  • Exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals associated with woodworking and finishing.

  • Must follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment, hardware and fabrication methods - deep knowledge of various commercial woodworking machines and hand tools.

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

  • Ability to lift/move up to 100lbs
