What You'll Do
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial customers while helping protect their properties from unwanted pests.
Responsibilities Include:
'05; Conducting detailed interior and exterior inspections to identify pest activity and entry points
'05; Providing effective pest control treatments using industry-approved products and techniques
'05; Performing treatments for ants, spiders, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, and other common pests
'05; Installing and servicing rodent control devices, bait stations, and traps
'05; Removing wasp, hornet, and bee nests safely and efficiently
'05; Sealing entry points using exclusion materials such as foam, mesh, and wood
'05; Educating customers on treatment plans and preventative solutions
'05; Recommending additional services that benefit the customer and protect their property
'05; Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
'05; Operating and maintaining a company vehicle safely and professionally
'05; Delivering outstanding customer service with every visit
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
'14; High School Diploma or GED
'14; Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
'14; 5+ years of pest control experience preferred
'14; Strong communication and customer service skills
'14; Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
'14; Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
'14; Commitment to safety and professionalism
'14; Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends when needed
'14; Ability to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position that requires:
- Walking and standing for extended periods
- Climbing ladders and accessing crawl spaces and attics
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment
- Bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in various weather conditions
- Performing physical labor throughout the workday
