Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help clients with mobility and transfers, as well as assist with exercises and physical therapy programs
Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the responsible healthcare provider
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients
Assist with medication management and administration
Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
