The Program Facilitator position works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children. This includes implementing individualized learning programs and behavior support strategies to teach children a wide range of skills, such as communication, social skills, functional/adaptive skills, and more.

This position includes comprehensive and ongoing training to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Training includes: 40-hour RBT coursework, initial competency assessment, paid RBT application and examination fees, as well as ongoing supervision and professional development training to maintain the credential.

In addition, RBTs can earn promotions by demonstrating competencies at 90 days, 12 months, and 2 years in the role.

Program Facilitators have the option of entering into contracts for no-fee supervision for the pursuance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

The Trellis Center at KidsTLC is a multidisciplinary clinic that provides pediatric applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech, and occupational therapies in a state-of-the-art facility.

Position Requirements

Required:

•Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities

•1+ years of experience working with children in an early childhood, educational or clinical environment

Education:

•High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

•Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA)

•Registered Behavior Technician credential

•Bachelor's degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, psychology or a related field required.

•Enrolled in or plans to enroll in graduate study in behavior analysis
