Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist)

Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team! As a BT, you will be part of a collaborative team that provides high-quality, individualized services to children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus, but not required! Our agency is committed to providing a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings

  • Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA

  • Collect data and document client progress

  • Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment

  • Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation:

  • BT Rate: $22–$25/hour

  • RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour

  • Paid training opportunities available

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish highly preferred

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred

  • RBT certification a plus, but not required

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

  • Ability to pass background checks
