We’re looking for a dependable Lot Attendant to support daily yard operations by ensuring sanitation equipment is clean, stocked, and ready for service. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining equipment quality, operational efficiency, and dependable service for our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Clean, sanitize, and deodorize portable toilets, handwashing stations, holding tanks, and related equipment.
- Inspect portable sanitation units and service vehicles daily for cleanliness, damage, and operational readiness.
- Report maintenance concerns promptly to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Restock units with paper products, soap, sanitizer, and other required service supplies.
- Move, stage, and organize portable sanitation equipment to support efficient yard operations.
- Prepare equipment for scheduled deliveries and pickups in accordance with company standards.
- Secure equipment and materials to ensure safe transportation and storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard while following all company safety procedures.
- Properly use and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support team members with general yard responsibilities as needed to meet operational demands.
What You’ll Need
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds frequently throughout 8–12-hour shifts.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and climbing.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with exposure to heat, cold, rain, sanitation environments, industrial noise, and required PPE.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while communicating effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
