Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals for geriatric patients according to their dietary needs and restrictions

• Monitor and document patient food intake

• Ensure that all meals are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when preparing food

• Communicate with dietitians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that meals meet the nutritional needs of patients

• Be knowledgeable about the nutritional needs of geriatric patients

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing meals for large groups

• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills
