Leadman – Asphalt & Concrete Restoration Are you a hands-on, safety-oriented leader who takes pride in getting a job site back to better-than-new condition? If you have strong experience in asphalt and concrete restoration and want to take the next step in your career, we want you on our team! What You'll Do: As a Leadman, you'll support the Foreman in leading restoration crews, ensuring every site is restored safely, cleanly, on time, and to spec. Your responsibilities will include:Assist in leading and supervising field crews performing asphalt paving, patching, and concrete restoration workHelp read and interpret project specs, blueprints, and work ordersCoordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to keep work on scheduleEnsure all restoration work meets company safety standards, quality requirements, and municipality/customer specificationsTrain and mentor crew members on proper techniques and equipment useCommunicate daily progress and issues to the Foreman and project managersMaintain accurate reports, material tickets, and timekeeping recordsHelp coordinate with municipalities and stakeholdersIdentify and resolve field issues quickly while maintaining qualityMaintain a clean and professional job site at all times Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in asphalt and/or concrete restoration (preferably both)Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and equipmentAbility to read blueprints and follow specificationsProven ability to lead and motivate a crewValid driver's license (CDL a plus)Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsReliable transportationOSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication and problem-solving skills Additional Information: Primarily field-based with travel between job sitesExcellent opportunity for growth into a Foreman role Why You'll Love Working Here: Innovation & Growth – Be part of a forward-thinking company that values safety first, people, and quality craftsmanshipCareer Development – We invest in your future with opportunities to advanceTeamwork & Collaboration – Supportive environment focused on shared successCompetitive Compensation – Strong hourly rate and excellent benefits package Our Benefits: At Cannon Companies, we take care of our team.
