Temporary full time maintenance position. Help maintain physical upkeep of a skilled nursing facility. Minor electrical and basic plumbing repairs. Respond to work orders in a timely manner. Floor care for three floors in facility. Patch and paint walls. Must be able to interact with residents. Local preferred to be on call to respond to after hour critical issues.
