Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Tire Handling — Load, unload, stack, and move tires throughout the warehouse using manual labor and equipment.
• Material Sorting — Identify and separate tires by size, type, and condition for proper processing.
• Machine Support — Assist with feeding tires into shredders, cutters, or conveyors under supervisor direction.
• Warehouse Maintenance — Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain safety standards.
• Quality Checks — Inspect materials for defects or contamination before processing.
• Safety Compliance — Follow all PPE, equipment, and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to meet production goals.

Physical Requirements

• Heavy Lifting — Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Standing & Movement — Long periods of standing, bending, pulling, and pushing.
• Outdoor/Indoor Work — Comfortable working in hot, cold, or dusty environments.

Monday–Saturday 6AM - 4:30PM - depending on warehouse needs - Weekly Pay $17

This role takes place in a tire recycling warehouse, which may involve:
