The Opportunity
Re-Create Companies is seeking an experienced Commercial Masonry Foreman to lead daily field operations on commercial masonry projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a working Foreman who can direct crews, perform layout, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep projects moving according to schedule. You will work closely with Superintendents, project leadership, general contractors, and field employees to ensure each project is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has strong commercial structural masonry experience and understands that this role extends beyond residential subdivision walls or land-development site-wall work.
How You Will Make an Impact

- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and manpower to prevent delays.
- Maintain quality-control standards throughout each phase of construction.
- Identify field conflicts, layout discrepancies, and incomplete rough-in conditions before they affect production.
- Communicate jobsite issues promptly to the assigned Superintendent.
- Enforce OSHA requirements, scaffold safety, fall protection, and company safety procedures.
- Conduct or support daily safety discussions and toolbox talks.
- Complete required reports, photographs, and project documentation using a company-provided tablet.
