Job Summary
We are seeking Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities by providing compassionate, reliable care and helping improve their quality of life.

Full-time positions are available, with up to 40 hours per week. Weekday and weekend shifts are available.


Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and daily activities
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with medication reminders/medication-related tasks as permitted
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands and shopping
• Follow the client’s care plan and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office

Qualifications

• PCA or CNA certification/experience preferred
• Previous caregiving, home health, PCA, or CNA experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical duties required for client care
• Compassionate, respectful, dependable, and ethical
• Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week
• Must be available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
