Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a highly respected, award-winning commercial construction firm with a strong presence across Texas. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial and industrial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Responsibilities Include...

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Lead subcontractors and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
• Enforce safety standards and quality control processes.
• Identify and resolve field-related issues proactively.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.

Qualifications Needed...

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience required.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M+ preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and field operations.
• Proficiency with construction management technology such as Procore and Bluebeam.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
