We're seeking an experienced and dependable Fleet Mechanic to help maintain our vehicles and ensure they remain in top operating condition every day.

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Mechanic:- Perform preventative maintenance and repair services on fleet vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational reliability
- Repair and replace vehicle components, including brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and other critical parts
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship standards
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify vehicle issues
- Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with fellow mechanics and maintenance leadership to meet repair schedules and fleet demands
- Help reduce vehicle downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Previous experience as a Fleet Mechanic, Fleet Technician, Automotive Technician, or Auto Mechanic preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance procedures
- Ability to identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions
- Experience servicing fleet vehicles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Dependable, safety-focused, and highly motivated
- Valid driver's license required
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
