• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and patient outcomes

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care setting

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
